Born and raised in the Garden State, Caitlin traded the Jersey Turnpike for Music City nearly 8 years ago — and she hasn’t looked back.

Her insatiable curiosity and eagerness to learn have allowed her to wear many hats over her decade-long career in the entertainment industry, taking her from PA to Senior Editor/Producer, with experience spanning broadcast, music specials, award shows, documentaries, and social media content. While she loves all aspects of production, her true passion lies in editing and storytelling — making sure every client feels heard and understood.

One thing that has remained constant through it all? Her unmatched attention to detail and organizational skills — just ask to see her Notes App. Spoiler: it’s all lists.

Career highlight? Working with Elmo. They say never meet your heroes, but you should definitely meet Elmo.

When she’s not staring at screens, you’ll find her traveling to visit friends and family — usually alongside her husband (whom she met on Broadway) and their two big furry babies.
